Claire Bown


Before founding Insert Space in 2020, Claire worked in the Advertising & Marketing industry for nearly 20 years. Her career began at top London agencies such as Saatchi & Saatchi and BBH, before moving in-house, designing campaigns for clients such as First Choice and Farrow & Ball.


Claire creates strong connections with people, interpreting and communicating data to maximise brand positioning and revenue. She applies this same approach to employee experience, revealing the impactful and actionable insights that really matter.

Nic Peck

Head of Research & Insights

Nic understands how to engage with people on a deeper human level, so they feel seen and included. Analysing research data with human empathy, she reveals how people interact with the world around them, identifying opportunities to make their experience better.


Nic has worked as a director in several global market research agencies, with 20 years of experience across healthcare, B2B, and employee research. She specialises in bringing hard to reach groups into the conversation and translating findings into actionable solutions.

Daniel Robinson

Account Manager

Dan quickly builds rapport by understanding what people need. He helps our customers use statistics and research to better understand their environment and make better informed decisions.


He loves to make people laugh and his special skill is understanding everyone in the room and how to reach them.
